MEET THE TEAM
All of our teachers are very enthusiastic about what they do and as well as teaching, they are currently in the performing arts industry. They all hold an up to date DBS, insurance and first aid training.
Jade Wijaya
Director and Teacher
Jade has been a Showstoppers teacher and choreographer since 2011 - that's more than half it's life! Basically part of the furniture, Jade says, "It's an absolute honour and privilege to now own and run the performing arts school I've always called family".
Jade graduated from Creative Academy in 2014, studying dance, and pursued her dreams as a professional dancer. Performing for the likes of Jay Sean and Kanika Kapoor at Wembley Stadium 2015, featuring on Sky 1's Got to Dance 2014 and ITV's Britains Got Talent 2016, Iberostar Hotels - Mallorca 2017, to name a few. Alongside performing, Jade has always had an enjoyable and enthusiastic approach to teaching all ages from early years to adults and has many different styles up her sleeve from Street Dance to Contemporary to Bollywood!
Not only is Jade a performing arts teacher, but she takes aerial hoop classes and is a fully qualified fitness instructor specialising in Pre and Postnatal.

Holly Gibson
Teacher
Holly Gibson is an actor, singer & songwriter from North London. Having been taught dance herself by the lovely Jade from the age of 10, Holly then went on to teach musical theatre classes alongside her from the age of 16. Holly is truly a company baby and credits much of what she is able to now teach herself to her wonderful mentors.
A longstanding member of the National Youth Theatre, Youth Music Theatre UK and the Queens Yard Theatre company, Holly has been in many productions across London & the UK. She's trained in acting at RAaW in Camden doing courses in screen acting, voice, stage combat and movement, amongst other things. As an independent music artist, Holly regularly performs at gigs, jams and in music collectives across North London. As well as that, she has been working with young people for 9 years now and specialises in working with SEN learners and making classes and the arts truly inclusive for all.
It's a real privilege to be able to watch Holly grow from the student she was to the enthusiastic and incredible teacher she is today.
Heather Campbell-Ferguson
Teacher
Our lovely Heather has been working in childcare for the last 6 years, starting out in local holiday camps for 4-12 year olds and only growing from there. She has extended her skills to teaching, mentoring, leading workshops and now working specifically with early years and nursery. Not only that, she has completed various Safeguarding and PREVENT training and has lots of experience working with SEN and looked-after children.
Heather trained in acting at the Manchester School of Theatre, graduating in 2022 and is currently working in the acting industry. Giving young people access to the arts is something she cares about greatly and always tries to find ways to blend her professional training with my work with children.
